1. Who we are and what these terms cover
SendMoto (sendmoto.com) is operated by Turtla Co. Ltd., company registration no. 0835567002486, 41/11 Soi The Bell, Moo 5, Kamala, Kathu, 83150 Phuket, Thailand (“SendMoto”, “we”). By creating an account, publishing a quote request or sending an offer, you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. What SendMoto is — and is not
SendMoto is a transport quote marketplace. Customer Users describe what they need moved, verified Carrier Users send offers, and the customer compares and accepts the offer they prefer. We structure requests, verify carriers, make offers comparable and support communication.
SendMoto is not a transport company and does not perform the transport. When a customer accepts an offer, a direct agreement is formed between the customer and the carrier on the terms of that offer. SendMoto is not a party to that transport agreement, does not guarantee that offers will arrive, and does not set carrier prices.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 20 years old (the age of majority in Thailand) and legally able to enter contracts. Provide accurate information during registration and onboarding, including whether you act as a private person or a company. Keep your sign-in methods (phone, email and password, or a linked Google, Facebook or LINE account) secure — activity on your account is your responsibility. One account per person or company.
4. Quote requests (Customer Users)
Publishing a quote request is free. You warrant that:
- you own the items or are authorised by the owner to arrange their transport;
- the description is accurate — including make and model, size, weight, running condition and anything that affects loading or safety;
- pickup and delivery access details (parking, stairs, ferry legs, loading constraints) are described honestly;
- the items are legal to possess and transport.
Published request details, photos and public questions are visible to verified carriers so they can quote. Keep phone numbers and other private contact details out of public request fields — contact details are exchanged through the platform when an offer is accepted.
5. Carrier offers (Carrier Users)
Carriers may send offers only after their profile is verified by SendMoto. An offer must be made in good faith and state the real price, pickup timing, delivery estimate, vehicle type, transport method and included services. You warrant that the information in your carrier profile and offers is accurate, that you hold the licences and permissions required by Thai law for the transport you offer, and that you can actually perform the jobs you quote.
6. Acceptance and payment
Accepting an offer creates a binding agreement between the customer and the carrier on the terms of that offer. On acceptance, contact details are revealed both ways and other active offers on the request are closed.
The customer and carrier then arrange the transport and payment directly with each other on the terms of the accepted offer, at delivery or as they agree. SendMoto does not collect payment for the transport and does not hold funds in escrow.
7. Fees and commission
Creating, publishing and comparing quote requests is free for customers, and SendMoto does not add any fee to the transport price. Carriers pay a platform commission on accepted jobs: the standard rate is 8%, shown to the carrier before confirming a job. Launch promotions may temporarily reduce the commission for eligible carriers.
8. Managed carrier offers
Some carrier profiles on SendMoto are operated or managed by SendMoto itself. Offers from these profiles are real, fulfillable offers and appear in the same interface as offers from independent carriers. We do not create fake marketplace activity.
9. Cancellations
A customer can cancel a quote request while it is open or booked; cancellation is final and carriers with active offers are notified. Carriers should withdraw offers they can no longer honour. Repeated cancellations in bad faith, no-shows or attempts to renegotiate off-platform after acceptance can lead to account review.
10. Delivery, proof and reviews
We strongly recommend pickup and delivery photos plus short written handover notes — they are the primary evidence if something is disputed. After the customer confirms delivery, both sides may rate each other. Reviews must be honest and based on a real job; we may remove content that is abusive, fake or unrelated.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- post requests or offers that are false, misleading or unlawful;
- request or offer transport of stolen, illegal or dangerous goods;
- circumvent the platform to avoid verification, the booking flow or carrier commission;
- scrape the site, automate access or misuse other users’ data;
- harass, threaten or discriminate against other users;
- create fake accounts, reviews or marketplace activity.
Breach of this clause can lead to immediate suspension.
12. Your content and our platform
You keep ownership of the photos, descriptions, questions and reviews you post, and grant SendMoto a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and display them for operating and promoting the marketplace. You warrant that you have the right to grant this licence. The SendMoto name, logo, design and platform content belong to Turtla Co. Ltd.
13. Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided “as is”. We verify carriers and structure the process, but we do not guarantee that a request receives offers, that a price is the cheapest available, or the performance of any transport. The carrier performing the job is responsible for the transport, including any insurance or protection stated in their offer — insurance applies only when the accepted offer includes it.
To the extent permitted by Thai law, SendMoto’s total liability arising out of a transaction is limited to the amounts we actually received in connection with that transaction, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.
14. Suspension and termination
You can stop using SendMoto and request account deletion at any time (see data deletion). We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, fraud, repeated bad-faith behaviour or a valid legal order. Where reasonable, we give affected users a chance to complete jobs already in progress.
15. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, such as natural disasters, floods, government action, civil unrest or major infrastructure and telecom outages.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disagreements are resolved first through good-faith discussion; unresolved disputes go to the competent courts of Thailand.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The date at the top reflects the latest revision, and we will announce material changes on the platform or by message before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
