What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by websites you visit. They keep you signed in, remember preferences like language, and help us understand how the site is used.

Your consent choices
On your first visit a consent banner lets you accept all cookies, reject the optional ones, or choose per category:
- Necessary — sign-in, security, drafts and your consent choice itself. Always active; the site does not work without them.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 statistics. Off until you allow it.
- Marketing — advertising tags from Meta, TikTok, LINE and Google Ads. Off until you allow it.
You can change your mind at any time via the Cookie settings link in the page footer. Rejecting a category you previously allowed removes the related cookies we control and stops those tools from loading.
Third-party cookies
Google Analytics 4 (analytics — loads only with your consent). We use Google Analytics to understand aggregated site usage — which pages are visited and how the quote flow performs. It sets the _ga cookie and a _ga_* container cookie, which distinguish visitors without identifying you to us by name. They last up to 2 years. Statistics reach us only in aggregate. Without analytics consent Google receives only cookieless, non-identifying pings.
Advertising tags (marketing — load only with your consent). To measure whether our advertising works we use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel (_fbp, _fbc cookies, up to 90 days), the TikTok Pixel (_ttp, up to 13 months), the LINE Tag, and Google Ads conversion tracking (_gcl_* cookies, up to 90 days). They tell the advertising platform that a visit or a quote request came from an ad. None of them load before you allow the marketing category.
Cloudflare. sendmoto.com is delivered through Cloudflare’s network. During automated security checks Cloudflare may set short-lived cookies (such as __cf_bm) to tell humans from bots. These are used for security only.
Social sign-in. Google, Facebook and LINE sign-in work by redirecting you to the provider’s own site — those providers set cookies on their own domains under their own policies. We do not embed their trackers into our pages.
How to manage cookies
The easiest way is the consent banner: use Cookie settings in the footer to review or change your choices at any time. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings — note that blocking the essential ones will break sign-in and quote drafts. To opt out of Google Analytics everywhere, you can install Google’s opt-out browser add-on. If we add further advertising or analytics tools, we will update this page and ask for consent before rollout.
